At Travel Nest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in Canada and the United States.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, parts, and manuals
- Not damaged by misuse or improper handling

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Do not send any item back before contacting us. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For approved returns, the return address may vary depending on your location and the order. Customers in Canada and the United States may receive different return instructions.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Returns requested after the 14-day return window
- Items sent back without return approval
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, courier delays, or other events outside our control.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.
